It comes included when you purchase RSLogix 5000/Studio 5000 Professional Edition, or is available separately with other Editions. RSLogix Emulate 5000 is more of an add-on or complimentary software product to RSLogix 5000/Logix Designer. RSLogix 5000/Logix Designer do not come with a purchase of RSLogix Emulate 5000.
